Guiding the People Who Want Job
Recession has done havoc to the career of fresher. But this was the past scenario that has been changed these
days because now all the companies from the different sectors have now announced want job in order to minimize the
influence of recession. This step of multi national companies is been highly appraised by the government of India
as it helps the Indian Government in maintaining the balance between number of graduates passing out to the amount
of jobs, because if this balance is not maintained then the economy of the country would have to suffer. The
various job opportunities have aroused in technical fields as well as non technical fields.
The want job for technical graduates are yet more in number than non technical one. It is because of the day by day
increment in cut throat competition among the students. Also the evolution of professional studies has increased
the demand of best people for the job. Now the Multi National Companies are looking for those candidates who posses
to be the complete package for them that is to say these days a company chooses such persons that has the ability
to perform each and every work related to that field so that he could do as much work as equivalent to that of
three workers.
The Public sectors or the semi Government sectors are also contributing a lot in the abolition of the recession.
Companies like State Bank of India have recruited over eight thousand fresher graduates last year on posts of
clerks. Also the other Public Sector Units (PSUs) like Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL), Steel Authority of
India (SAIL), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), etc. have been
taking stern measures in order to make our country a super power.
In a want job there are certain criteria fixed by the corresponding companies some companies posts a compulsion of
certain fixed academic percentage, some companies asks for the job experience, some asks for good confident
personality, while some asks for quality brain in personality, etc. The very first level is to check the mental
level of the candidates for this an aptitude test is held by the companies this test has different gravity of
questions for different companies for instance a candidate has to face a tougher paper for the PSUs as compared to
that of private sector companies.
Nowadays group discussion has become a very common level that each candidate has to clear after clearing the
aptitude in order to move on to the next level. This level helps the selection committee to select the candidates
according to their needs that is confident, talented candidates. After the candidates who have cleared these two
tests they have been called for the personal interviews. After a long round of questions and answers the selection
committees check the temperament of the candidates whether they are fit to work with them or not. After such a long
process few are moved to their corresponding jobs but few has to retry to make them better option for the
companies.
